Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at our store.
Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Period & ConditionsYou have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, cosmetics, nail polishes, gels, and liquids can ONLY be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and with all original factory seals, labels, and shrink-wrap fully intact. Any items that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Pre-Order & Special Order ItemsBy placing an order for a pre-order item (products with longer dispatch timeframes shown on the product page), you acknowledge that this product is specifically ordered for you. Pre-order, custom, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned unless they are proven to be faulty.
3. Damaged or Faulty ParcelsIf your parcel arrives visibly damaged or opened, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. Let the courier or Royal Mail return the package to us so we can issue a replacement or refund immediately. If you accept a damaged package and find missing or broken items inside, we cannot be held responsible and will be unable to claim compensation from the shipping company.
4. Failed Delivery & Non-CollectionIf a parcel is returned to our warehouse because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, or due to a failure to collect the package from your local Royal Mail Sorting Office, a fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your final refund. If you request us to resend a package that was returned due to non-collection or an incorrect address, an additional postage invoice of £3.95 must be paid before the item is dispatched for the second time.
5. Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)Please note that nail polishes, aerosols, and flammable liquids are classed as hazardous materials by UK couriers. If your return package contains these items, you must ensure they are packed according to Royal Mail rules (e.g., a maximum of 4 nail polishes per package) and clearly labelled if required
